Kathleen is an author, lecturer and consultant nationally recognized as one of America's premier experts on image. After working in the corporate world for thirteen years in a variety of positions (including Human Resources, Training, Meeting and Convention Planner), she started her own company in 1983. She develops and conducts corporate seminars for both men and women, showing them how to project a confident and positive visual image.

Kathleen assisted two of her clients, Milliken & Company and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, to receive the prestigious Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. The award recognizes U.S. companies for their achievements in quality and business performance and to raise awareness about excellence as a competitive edge.

Kathleen is the author of three books: Successful Images, Your Mirror Image and her new book, Perfect by Design. She attributes her success to her unique insight into the individual's conscious and unconscious wants and needs, and her warmth and sincere manner, as well as her ability to demonstrate and prove her findings to her audiences.
